Health & Fitness, also known as H&F, is a brand new concept in ice cream products, based on creating a Frozen Dessert with more good calories than bad. H&F is made with all natural ingredients, it is sweetened with Chicory Nectar, an all natural plant root which has a Glycemic Index (GI) of 26.25%. Each product line will also have added ingredients that are specifically blended together to add Health & Fitness benefits.

Strong Body, is H&F’s first product line on the market. Each serving will include 10g of Whey Protein Isolate and 3g of L-Glutamine, which are Branch Amino Acids (BCAAs) known to help in Muscle Development and Weight Control.

Started in 2004, BOOOZAH LLC, introduced the Booozah Brand, based on Middle Eastern Ice Cream recipes. Unlike Booozah, which is a specialty or novelty product, H&F is targeting the Health and Fitness enthusiasts and everyone who wants to enjoy a good old fashion ice cream treat with “ZERO” guilt.
